A bail hearing for a man facing child porn charges didn’t proceed in Estevan Provincial Court Nov. 2. Kyle Mansil Fiddler, 30, has been in custody since his arrest by the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) on Oct. 21.
