The Yorkton Midget Kinsmen Terriers became the fifth victim of the Swift Current K-Motel Hurricanes winning streak this past Saturday, dropping a 6-2 decision to the third place club at the Farrell Agencies Arena in Yorkton.

On Saturday, January 4 District 12 4-H held their annual curling bonspiel in Yorkton. The event was hosted by the Happy Centre Light Horse 4-H Club. A total of 10 teams, four senior and six junior, participated in the bonspiel.

It's been quite an eventful hockey season so far for Corwin Stevely. First the Regina native made the SMAAAHL's Yorkton Harvest out of training camp for the second straight season.
