Preeceville School gym receives new floor and will host provincials

The Preeceville School gymnasium has undergone some changes the last few years with the most recent change being a new hardwood fl oor. The project started June 22 with completion slated for sometimes during the summer prior to the new school season.

Arson said cause of Pelly museum’s destruction

Arson is believed to have been responsible for the fi re which destroyed the Fort Pelly-Livingstone Museum. At 3:13 p.m. on June 13, the Kamsack RCMP were called to a fire at the museum, said a release from the Kamsack RCMP.
