YORKTON - The Station Interpretive Centre at the Yorkton Brick Mill held a ‘soup & bread’ lunch Wednesday.
The event -- one of four being held over the summer – was both a fundraiser, and an opportunity for mill tours.
This edition of the mill lunch featured Yorkton Mayor Aaron Kienle and Councillors Quinn Haider and Stephanie Ortynsky dishing out the soup and bread.
In terms of fundraising the popular ‘Rally Around the Mill’ event is scheduled for Aug. 16.
If all goes well work will continue towards completing the facility build in September.
