Yorkton Army Cadet Sgt. Taylor Greba was honoured with one of the highest international awards for excellence Monday evening -- the HRH Duke of Edinburgh award. The award was presented by Lt. Cmdr.

The Yorkton AA Pee Wee (ages 10-12) tournament on the weekend featured eight teams. Teams taking part included;. Dauphin, Saskatoon, two Regina teams, Brandon, Weyburn and Estevan. Each team played four games.

The Kinsmen Club of Yorkton will celebrate 75 years in 2020 along with Kin Canada celebrating 100 years as an all Canadian Service organization. The club will be granting $100 upto 100 classes or youth organizations for a total of $10,000.
