Lees, Odgers have a good night at banquet

The Yorkton Harvest held their awards banquet recently at the Gallagher Centre. On top of handing out the various trophies, head coach Jeff Odgers announced that the team will be going through more changes for next season.

Bantam Terriers knock off the Bruins

The Yorkton Bantam A Terriers combined hockey team played Estevan in back to back games recently. Yorkton won by scores of 10-4 and 2-1. Most recently was Sunday afternoon at the Kinsmen Arena.

Ram Industries Inc. was chosen as Business of the Year at the ninth Yorkton Chamber of Commerce awards presented last Wednesday. Linda Turta president of Ram Industries said the award is one she is extremely proud of.

Yorkton Grade 8 students had a preview of the high school experience last week at Yorkton Regional High School's Raider for a Day event and Sacred Heart High School's Shadow Days.

Condo development unveiled

Condo development unveiled

Details were announced on a new condo development for the city by Ron Skinner Realty on Monday morning. "Catherine Street Condominiums" will be a two-building, 24-unit development erected on Catherine Street opposite St. Mary's Ukrainian Church.
