If you ever watch any cooking programs on TV, or regularly read any cooking magazines, you've probably noticed that there seems to be a new emphasis on using and eating locally grown food.

Yorkton's Citizens on Patrol Program (COPP) is reaching out to the community for volunteers. The group is down to about 35 members and looking to "vastly increase" the number of citizens involved.

High Impact Wrestling hits the city again Thursday, Feb. 23, and it will offer something special as midget wrestlers will be part of the card. Headlining the match will be Short Sleeve Sampson from Syracuse, NY.
