Yorkton This Week

With September upon us the race for the upcoming provincial election is going to heat up.

Yorkton's Kinsmen Recycling Centre is in the last stages of relocating to a larger facility just down the road from its old one.

The season has started for the YRHS football team. They will play under the lights on Friday when they host the Martin Collegiate team Friday night. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.

All the bravado, hijinks and body slams of professional wrestling are headed back to Yorkton Saturday evening at the Agripavilion. Canadian Wrestling Elite will hold the card in the city.
