Arly Bighead, 14, was last seen July 20 in the 1900 block of 22nd Street West.

The 16 arrested individuals, including Romana Didulo, self-proclaimed "Queen of Canada", were released from police custody. Two individuals – an adult female and an adult male – have since been rearrested.

Christian Nyabirunga is wanted for first-degree murder, kidnapping, and aggravated assault.

Police say four male youth attempted to gain access to an apartment, one allegedly had a firearm.

Saskatoon Police Service says two constables with nine and 10 years of service, and a special constable with two years of service have been dismissed.

Romana Didulo posted on Telegram Wednesday morning, “We have corporation police here inside the property calling out, saying get out of the trailer, you are under arrest."
