No arrests have been made and police continue to investigate.

Outgoing Moose Jaw Wakamow MLA Greg Lawrence is facing charges of assault, contrary to section 266 of the Criminal Code, and choking, contrary to section 267 of the Criminal Code. 

The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was declared deceased by EMS at the scene.

33 people were taken into custody and six criminal code charges were laid.

MELFORT, SASK. — Two men accused of beating and tying up a mentally ill man on a Saskatchewan farm have been sentenced to serve two years less a day in the community.

A 17-year-old male youth from North Battleford is charged with robbery and a series of weapons charges.

An adult male was removed from the water and declared deceased by EMS at the scene.

Police located and seized a semi-automatic firearm, ammunition and bear spray.

Melissa Kaponyas, 19, from Biggar, is charged with accessory after the fact to murder.
