Police say the accused went to a man’s home in Saskatoon after meeting him through a dating app.

If declared unfit, the ruling could determine the defendant is not criminally responsible for his actions.

Senior Crown Prosecutor Lana Morelli told SaskToday that the Crown is seeking eight years and 11 months in prison. Defence is seeking seven years.
