Autumn is a lovely time of year. The air has a crispness to it and the colours are usually spectacular. Our chores in the garden change a little bit as freezing temperatures convince hardy plants, trees and shrubs to rest as winter approaches.

Métis Nation-Saskatchewan President Glen McCallum learned yesterday that he has tested positive for COVID-19 despite being asymptomatic, says a release from the MN-S. McCallum is self-isolating and following all public health protocols.

Around 3:50 a.m. Sept. 19, Stanley Mission RCMP responded to a complaint of a single vehicle collision on Highway 915 approximately 15 kilometers south of Stanley Mission. There were five occupants in the car – all adults from Stanley Mission.

Milestone RCMP are currently on scene of a train vs. semi-truck collision that occurred on a grid road on Highway 39, approximately 2 km east of the town of Rouleau, SK. The semi-truck had one adult driver, who was the lone occupant of the vehicle.
