It was a big day for motorcycle enthusiasts at Legion Branch No. 70 in North Battleford Saturday.

JEFFREY: Doreen Elizabeth Jeffrey, January 10, 1926 - September 8, 2013. The family is sad to announce the passing of Doreen Jeffrey (Nee Kay) on Sunday, September 8, 2013 at Battlefords Union Hospital.

WILSON: Eunice Grace Wilson (Smith), Eunice Wilson died peacefully on September 9th 2013 in the palliative care ward of St. Paul's Hospital in Saskatoon.

SPRATT : With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Annie Louise Spratt on Sept. 4, 2013. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother; family was the most important thing in her world and she will be missed by all of us.

Jules J. Hamelin was born in 1883 to Olivier and Eleanore (Martin) at St. Polycarpe, Que., which was located 40 miles southwest of Montreal. He and his four brothers and three sisters grew up on a 100-acre farm.

BERTSCH : Vivian Maud Bertsch (nee: Nelson) June 17, 1921 - Sept. 2, 2013. Viv was born in Battleford, and grew up on a farm at Gallivan, where she went to Elementary and High School.
