Dear Editor For many years I was excited and couldn't wait to go to our local parade. During these times there was always at least one band marching and playing - our North Battleford City Kinsmen Band for one and the pipe band.

MILLER, LILLIAN: On Sunday, July 28, 2013, Lillian Miller, late of Regina, SK and formerly of Springwater, SK, passed away peacefully at the age of 91 years. On September 29, 1921, Lillian Elisabeth Arsenault was born in Bonaventure, QC.
