CUSTER- Mrs. Nona Irene Custer of Battleford, Saskatchewan passed away on March 15, 2013 in North Battleford at the age of 78 years. Celebration of Life Service was held on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 @ 2:00 p.m.

SSAI has just completed its seventh annual five-pin bowling tournament in Prince Albert. Nearly 300 people, bowlers and family, joined together in the Minto Rec Center to have a great time, both bowling and visiting friends.

Lloydminster Rural and Maidstone RCMP are reporting a fatal collision on Highway 3 north of Lloydminster Sunday morning. The collision happened around 8 a.m. Sunday, according to RCMP.

DOVE: Mamie Evelyn (January 19, 1925 - March 7, 2013) Mamie was born to William and Hildred Bedard (Lucey) at St. Brieux, Saskatchewan. Hildred passed away when Mamie was still a baby.

It's time again for Agri-Mex. Long considered a harbinger of spring in the Battlefords, the 28th annual trade show will run April 4, 5 and 6 at the North Battleford Exhibition Park, organized by the Battlefords Agricultural Society.

The Battlefords RCMP have received numerous reports of vehicles being vandalized around the 1700 block of 104th and 105th Streets. In addition, people have gone through unlocked vehicles, stealing various items.
