Dear Editor There comes a time when you just have to say what's on your mind, especially when you are not the only one thinking it. Put plainly, I'm having difficulties wrapping my mind around the City of North Battleford's tax increases.

Kaiser was played at the Maidstone Drop In Centre Jan. 14. High went to Jean Hartman and low to Lil McMillan. Lil supplied the lunch. Bingo was played Jan. 16 with a good turnout. Volunteer callers were Dorothy Schwartz and Bev Stewart.
