It's getting to be that time of year again. Winter feeding is well under way, calving will begin soon and carry on over the next few months depending on your chosen calving season.

Dear Editor During the Jan. 17 snowstorm, I saw many acts of kindness from my living room window, such as drivers offering rides to people trying to walk through that deep snow. I also experienced the kindness of neighbours shovelling snow.
