As of Thursday evening, just four games remained in the North Battleford Touch Football League and final league standings are still yet to be determine. The Rhinos all but locked up second place with a win Tuesday over the Broncos with a 42-12 score.

Industrial accident death north of Glaslyn

The St. Walburg detachment of the RCMP is investigating a fatal industrial accident 30 kilometres north of Glaslyn along Highway 4. Late Wednesday afternoon, RCMP in Turtleford received a 911 call to go to an asphalt plant north of Glaslyn.
