The ice may be out of the Civic Centre, but there has been no shortage of work coming from the Battlefords North Stars hockey club.

North Battleford fire and Emergency Service responded to a motor home fire Sunday. The motor home was on Highway 16 about 14 kilometres east of North Battleford. When the emergency vehicles arrived just after 6 p.m.

May 22, at approximately 10:15 p.m., the Battlefords RCMP were notified of a fire on 110th Street in North Battleford. The fire damaged playground equipment and is believed to have been intentionally started.
