For the past several months, an unknown person has reportedlybeen trespassing on residential properties in the towns ofMaidstone and Marshall. Only cigarette butts have been noted to be stolen from one residence.

Signs of spring

Over the past few days every time my husband walks through the door, he reports the number and variety of returning birds and moving animals he has seen as he has gone about his daily tasks. I think it means spring is finally here.

Battlefords RCMP are seeking the public's assistance in locating Glenn Scott Joseph Gaudet, 37. Gaudet was last seen the evening of Monday, April 1 leaving his residence in North Battleford. He indicated at that time that he was going for a walk.

Close to 30 people were on hand for the Borden seniors March birthdays and potluck supper on March 30. Happy birthday was sung to Terry Petriew and Martha Rempel, and then a video was shown of early happenings in Saskatchewan, going back to 1900.
