Six John Paul II Collegiate students were named Crusader of the Month in December. Honoured at the school's Dec.

Feb. 3, the students from Marsden Jubilee School, took part in Jump Rope for Heart. The children spent the afternoon participating in different skipping activities. The school raised $2,010.15 for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Feb.

This week the renovations to Meota School got underway. The building is owned by the Village of Meota and is now going under a transformation to house the village offices.

The season may have come to an abrupt end, but for rookie forward Kyle Hall it will be great season to look back on. Hall was named the SJHL's Rookie of the Month for February.

The recreation board for the RM of Glenside will be holding a potluck supper along with a slide presentation at the Baljennie Community Centre Saturday, March 19 at 5 p.m. A popular photographer from the Battlefords will give a slide presentation.
