In the City of Humboldt incumbent councillors Leon Fleischhacker and Rob Muench were both re-elected with 1,041 and 961 votes each respectively. Also elected to the six-seat council were Larry Jorgenson (687 votes), Linda Mattock (627 votes), Roger Nordick (620 votes) and Sandy Weyland (745).Also running in the election were Marc Dredhart (146 votes), Kenton Flavel (548 votes), Owen Hopfner (612 votes), Francis Kunz (406 votes) and Larry Sunderland (581 votes).Voter turnout was 28 per cent.In the RM of Wolverine No. 340, there was 31 per cent voter turnout for the election of Reeve. Incumbent Bryan Gibney defeated challenger Don B. Williams by 122 votes to 79. In the Horizon School Division, Kevin Grieman of Fulda was elected to the Subdivision 2 seat (Annaheim, Humboldt, Lake Lenore, Middle Lake and St. Brieux). Grieman received 662 votes, more than those cast for his opponents combined. Bernard Ferre received 247 votes, Karen Gerwing 253, and Chris Weiss, 106.In the Subdivision 6 election (Quill Lake, Wadena), Darcy Jill Swiderski was elected with 204 votes over challengers Hillary Joan Gable, Linda Ingram and Carmen Christianson Sowa. In the Subdivision 9 election (Drake, Nokomis, Punnichy and Raymore), Ian Kelin got 275 votes to win over Audrey Hemingway. And in subdivision 10 (Foam Lake, Ituna), Jim Hack got 447 votes to win over Lawrence Skoretz.
