Beneath every city street in Saskatchewan lays a maze of infrastructure - pipes and wires and cables that keep water running and lights humming.

The Humboldt Broncos will feature some new faces behind the bench and in the office when the puck drops in September. On July 2 the team announced that assistant coach Luke Strueby and office manager Noreen Strueby have both left the team.

At this point it might be easier to just leave the trophy with Anna Young year-round. The 19-year-old Saskatoon native won her fourth straight provincial championship on July 4 at the Humboldt Golf Club.

As floodwaters slowly recede from Calgary and swollen rivers in Saskatchewan return to normal, the issue of emergency preparedness looms over almost all others.
