After dedicating a whole editorial to the topic of singing the anthem not performing it in the February 24 edition of the Humboldt Journal it seems the issue has been opened back up.

LOCKINGER: Kenneth Wayne June 30, 1962 – July 8, 2016 The death of Ken Lockinger of Humboldt, SK occurred at Royal University Hospital, Saskatoon, SK on Friday, July 8, 2016. He was 54 years of age.

ROSS: Graham Graham Alexander was born on July 2, 1919 at Burr to George and Grace (nee Fraser) Ross, both originally from Scotland. Graham attended Hillsley and Morven schools, completing Grade 8. He worked on the farm until World War II.
