Ignored or forgotten for so long, questions are finally starting to creep up as to what should be done with "Elevator Alley." The land in question comprises all four blocks of land boxed in by 5th Avenue, 6th Avenue, 11th Street, and 17th Street.

Cyberbullying has become a hot topic with the schools these days and no one is sitting on their hands. The provincial government recently released the Saskatchewan Action Plan to Address Bullying and Cyberbullying.

Humboldt will be host to some high-profile Canadian musicians on April 18, when Harlequin and Alan Frew of Glass Tiger perform at the Uniplex Curling Club. Also performing will be local group 40 oz. Philosophy.

Last week, the Journal ran an ad from a January 1955 issue. It was an advertisement announcing a baby shower for a child of one of the Humboldt Indians, the old junior hockey team here in town.

At first glance, it's another old building in an old town. Everyday, people walk past and barely stop to take notice of the hand-carved Tyndall Stone or the century old engravings above the entrances.
