Cribbage was played at the Maidstone Drop In Centre May 13 with Lil McMillan hosting and supplying lunch. High score went to Mollie Den Ouden and low to Hazel MacEachern. Bingo was played May 15 with a good turnout.

After a month of rising water and sandbagging, the Village of Borden was finally able to have a clean-up day May 25.

The North Batttleford Communities in Bloom committee is hosting a car boot sale Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon in the parking lot north of Milbanke Flowers. It was originally supposed to be held last weekend, but was postponed due to rain.
