The Maidstone Legion Ladies' Auxiliary held their annual Mother's Day tea and bake sale on May 10 in the Legion Hall. Members had a successful day with an attendance of 67.

The monthly meeting of the Maidstone Drop-In Centre was held May 3 with a better then usual attendance. Margaret MacEachern was in the chair. Dates were set for the Father's Day tea June 14 and the May, June, July potluck on June 19 at noon.
