Cards were played on Feb. 8 with high score going to Dorothy Schwartz and low going to Cheryl MacAskill. Lunch was provided by Bev Stewart.
Bingo was played at the centre on Feb. 10 with Margaret MacEachern doing the calling. She was recently returned from an extended holiday with her family in Prince George. Lunch was provided by Dorothy Harmel and Bev Stewart.
A number of seniors enjoyed the Shrove Tuesday Pancake supper at the United Church on Feb. 16.
Cards were scheduled for Feb. 15 and only two people showed up. They played cards anyway!
Feb. 17 was the January-February potluck luncheon with 19 seniors in attendance. A visitor, Pastor Dan Casper, gave the blessing before the delicious potluck social. Seated at the birthday table were Margaret MacEachern, Jean Stewart, Molly Den Ouden, and Ken Adie. Following the luncheon, bingo was played and to fill out the afternoon. Bingo lunch was provided by Verla Mitchell assisted by Irene Kerr.
Card day was Feb. 22. One lady drove in 20 miles to play crib. One other person turned up – he played crib and went up for coffee.
