CARROT RIVER — Construction on the reverse osmosis upgrades to the Town of Carrot River water treatment plant is expected to begin by the beginning of August.

Gutters Bowling and Game Centre in North Battleford has announced it plans to reopen July 16. A post on their Facebook site says there will be more information available next week.
