Battlefords RCMP police are investigating a shooting incident in the city that happened overnight on Jan. 2. At 9:40 a.m. that morning Battlefords RCMP responded to a residence on 107 St. in North Battleford.

Battlefords RCMP are warning that there are fraudulent emails and phone calls that are occurring in the area, where people are seeking personal information and/or donations on behalf of different agencies – including the RCMP.
