Living Sky School Division No. 202 had its regular board meeting Wednesday, Sept. 14 and on the agenda was student enrolment figures as of Sept. 7.

An independent, external investigation into a Thursday, Sept. 15 incident involving Unity RCMP that resulted in two male youths being injured in a single-vehicle collision has been initiated.

More names have come forward in the race for the six city council positions in North Battleford.

RCMP are looking for three individuals who approached a farm worker in the Fiske area at about 1:40 a.m. Monday wearing masks and carrying handguns. One of the subjects is described as having a long ponytail and another to have curly hair.

Battlefords RCMP responded to over 90 calls for service from Saturday, Sept. 18 to Sunday, Sept. 19, including the following: Saturday, Sept. 18 6:57 a.m. - Vehicle gone through while parked on Bunce Crescent overnight. 7:08 a.m.

Battlefords RCMP responded to approximately 70 occurrences from 6 a.m. on Sept. 16 to 6 a.m. on Sept. 17, including the following: Friday, Sept. 16 6:33 a.m. - Vehicle fire on Highway 4 south of Battleford.
