A resident of 952 – 105th St. in North Battleford has been given a warning by the North Battleford Fire Department after what fire officials describe as an unauthorized burning incident. NBFD received a complaint at just before 3 p.m. Monday.

RCMP members and staff from around the country were at the Gold Ridge Centre Saturday evening for a reunion dinner. Those who were reunited had all, at one time, served in the Battlefords. MC was Doug Zorn, a former chief of police.

North Battleford Fire Department personnel responded to a call for a needle pickup Monday at about 2:15 p.m. The needle was spotted at 1082 – 102nd Street and was safely disposed of by fire personnel.
