Saskatchewan's resident tornado hunter, Greg Johnson, is on his way to the Battlefords this fall. Relax, folks - a tornado is not about to hit. Johnson is not coming to the Battlefords as part of his usual storm chasing activities.

BridgeFest 2012 was a big washout Saturday. The rain was so unrelenting at the Flats Saturday morning officials were forced to cancel the day-long festival of music and activities for the first time in the event's four-year history.

Two youths who pled guilty to aggravated assault in connection to a bear spray attack on another youth in North Battleford are going to be behind bars. The two were sentenced Tuesday in North Battleford provincial court.
