SASKATOON — A staff member at the Canadian Brewhouse at Stonebridge in Saskatoon has tested positive for COVID-19, causing the Saskatchewan Health Authority to issue an advisory.

Anyone who visited the business on July 1 between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m., July 2 between 4:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m., and July 3 between 5 p.m. and 1 a.m. should be monitoring for symptoms, the authority said. If any symptoms develop, the person should isolate immediately and contact HealthLine 811.

“This public health alert is being issued as a precaution,” the authority’s media release said. “In general, businesses in the province have been compliant with public health measures, however we know that COVID-19 is easily transmitted and want to ensure residents are aware if they have been at the restaurant during the listed times.”

The authority is reminding citizens to follow public health orders, maintain a two-metre separation at all time, wash their hands frequently and self-isolating if they are sick.
