On Jan. 9, at 5:50 p.m., Battlefords RCMP responded to a complaint of gun shots being fired on Trudeau Street in North Battleford.
Information was received stating an aboriginal male, approximately 5'9", with a slim build and dark clothing, fired two shots from a pistol and fled on foot.
An exhaustive search was completed by police without locating the suspect.
Minor property damage was located during the course of the investigation consistent with that caused by a pellet gun.
