Three individuals have been arrested and charged with a break and enter at Remedy’s Pharmacy in Battleford June 3.
Arrested are Andre Jacques, Tamara Machiskinic and Vance Machiskinic. The accused individuals are all each charged with break and enter, possession of break-in instruments and unauthorized possession of a firearm. Jacques also faces a possession of a controlled substance.
The three accused individuals made their first appearance before Judge Lorna Dyck Wednesday in provincial court in North Battleford.
The accused were remanded in custody and were scheduled to appear in provincial court again the next day. No-contact orders were also imposed.
