Some changes are coming to the police coverage of the Battlefords by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Battlefords RCMP S/Sgt. Phil Wilson told North Battleford council Monday changes are coming to the detachment area they are serving.

Steven Daniel Vu, 26, of Waseca was arrested Tuesday by RCMP in Lloydminster and he is facing drug related charges. The arrest was made at the McDonald's parking lot.
