REGINA – Update: Regina police say the scene has been cleared and traffic has now reopened in the area.

Original story: The Regina Police Service has closed the area surrounding 13th Avenue and Retallack Street as the Explosives Disposal Unit (EDU) conducts an ongoing investigation.

They ask the public to avoid the area or find an alternate route. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
