A crane lifts a roof truss into place on top of a residential development on Fifth Street, just north of Fifth Avenue, on Wednesday morning. The development, to be called Berkeley Villa, is well underway with construction, and is just one of several construction projects that are underway around the city of Weyburn, helping to alleviate the shortage of housing the city has experienced in the last few years, due to a hot local economy.
