A trio of Red Wings players read excerpts from a hockey-themed book, “Puckster Goes to the Olympics”, during a visit to the Grade 2 classroom at Assiniboia Park School on Thursday afternoon. At left, player William Cruise held the book as he read it so the students could see the pictures, while teammates Garrett Szeremley and Cade Kowalski listened. This was part of the Red Wings reading program which has returned with sponsorship by Top-Notch Towing. The players will visit all of the Weyburn schools to read books and to interact with the students during the current hockey season.
