ESTEVAN - A couple of employees from the Estevan Mercury showed their support for the Estevan Salvation Army on Saturday morning.

Reporter Anastasiia Bykhovskaia and production supervisor Ana Villarreal volunteered at a kettle at the Southern Plains Co-op.

The kettle campaign is an important fundraiser for the Salvation Army every December. Kettles are located at several sites in the community.

The Salvation Army also has a letter appeal each December to raise money for programs it operates throughout the year.
