Weyburn Review-This Week publisher Andrea Corrigan, left, and production supervisor Leslie Robertson, right, flanked Weyburn Tim Horton's owner Joanne Carisse as they showed off some of the Smile Cookies they made on Friday morning.
The two Review staffers were up bright and early to put smiles on the cookies at the Tim Horton's outlet, as they volunteered to help out and provide boxes of Smile Cookies to hungry customers.
During the Smile Cookie Campaign, which is on from Sept. 13-19, all proceeds from the sales of these cookies at the Weyburn store will go towards helping the Family Place.
The Family Place is a family resource centre located on Fourth Street, but soon to move to a new location. They provide resources to families, have a drop-in place facility, and have a Mini-Go preschool program that helps children who are at risk to get ready for school.
