All the players & parents of the 8 & Under team would like to pass on a BIG THANK-YOU to the coaches, Larry Rae & Jeff Humphries, for their hard work & dedication this season! It has been an exciting and memorable season. Through some friends our coaches arranged an awesome year-ending tournament in Calgary on March 16th & 17th. The Novice Cougars played their final four games of the season at the Crowchild Twin Arenas in Northwest Calgary. The Cougars did a great job, winning both games on Saturday (7-2 & 14-2) and on Sunday winning the first game (5-4) & tying the last and final game. By this time everyone was exhausted, players & parents alike! Everyone got in on the scoring action, even some of the younger siblings. After each game, players from both teams were presented with MVP awards, which were earned by Drayden Arndt, Cooper Humphries, Logan Romaniuk & Cadence Chapman.
