Teams across all age divisions in the Sask A Box Lacrosse League will take the floor in Saskatoon for the first games of the new campaign, with all three South Sask Stealth teams in action.

The Stealth are made up of players from throughout the southern part of the province, including a host of competitors from the Moose Jaw Mustangs.

All three Stealth teams in the U13, U15 and U17 divisions open their campaign with a trio of games, as they face the Regina Barracuda and Saskatoon SWAT on Saturday before taking on the North Sask Predators on Sunday.

The U13 and U15 home openers will take place on Sunday, Apr. 21 against the Predators,  with the U13s playing at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. and the U15s playing at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. All four games are at the Kinsmen Arena.

The U17 Stealth are in Regina for a pair of games that weekend and play their first home games on Sunday, May 5 when they’re at the Weyburn Colosseum against the Barracuda. Their lone games in Moose Jaw are on Sunday, June 9 against North Sask.

The Sask A Box Lacrosse League plays a 15-game season through June 9, with the playoffs at the end of June.

The Stealth are the defending champions in both the U13 and U15 divisions, while Regina are the defending champs in the U17 age group.

The Moose Jaw Mustangs will see their first action in the Prairie Gold Lacrosse League Junior division on Saturday, Apr. 27 when they host the Swift Current Wolverines at the Kinsmen Arena.

The schedule has yet to be released for the South Sask Lacrosse League, with games traditionally starting the second-last weekend of April and running until the end of June.

The QCMBL Reapers are the defending champions in the U11 division, while the Standing Buffalo Fighting Sioux won the title in 2023 in U13, the Swift Current Rampage in U15 and the Moose Jaw Mustangs in U17.
