After a four week top 30 selection camp held in Toronto in July, Russell Lenferna has been selected to the 17U Canadian Men's National Water Polo Team. The team will represent Canada at the XVI Pan American Junior Men's Water Polo (17U) Championships in San Juan, Puerto Rico August 4 to 12. Lenferna is a member of the Weyburn Hurricanes Water Polo Club and plays for Team Sask.
