The Wings played three games this week and were unable to pick up any wins. On November 2, the Wings hosted the Regina Wild and were outscored 5-3. The boys got off to a sluggish start and could not dig themselves out of a hole. In the first period the lone goal came from Regina and in the second period the Wings scored two goals but were still outscored 3-2 by the Wild. The teams traded goals in the third for a 5-3 final. Scoring for Weyburn were Kyle Crozier assisted by Jack Carleton and Brayden Leslie assisted by Kendall Oliver. Also scoring for Weyburn was Kendall Oliver with assists going to Tucker Neuberger and Donovan Lumb.

The team travelled to Swift Current on November 4 to face the Hurricanes, who sit atop the league standings. The contest stayed close through the first twenty minutes as the Hurricanes held a 2-1 lead heading into the second. Scoring for the wings in the first period was Braden Mellon, with Neuberger and Donovan Lumb assisting. The teams were even through the second period with each lighting the lamp twice, Crozier scored 30 seconds in with assists from Neuberger and Lyndon Lumb. The Wings second goal of the period came from Donovan Lumb with Neuberger and Braden Mellon assisting. The wheels came off in the third as Swift Current scored three unanswered goals to put the game out of reach and a 7-3 final.

The Wings wrapped up the week on November 5 with a neutral site match with Lumsden in Milestone. The Wings took the lead early in the first on a goal from Donovan Lumb unassisted but still found themselves down by one after twenty minutes of play. To start the second, the effects of a late road trip home the night before looked to be catching up with the Wings as they gave up two more goals without responding in the second. Heading into the third things looked to be grim as the first nine minutes ticked off the clock without much action until a scrum in front of the Lumsden net escalated. One player from each team was ejected and several others were sent to the penalty box. This seemed to light a fire under the Wings and a comeback attempt was mounted. The Wings scored two quick goals to cut the lead to 4-3, Donovan Lumb got things going with assists from Jack Carleton and Brayden Ganson, followed a minute and a half later with another from Bradon Mellon, assisted by Lyndon Lumb. Lumsden restored their two goal lead with seven minutes to play. With just under four minutes remaining, Lumsden took a four minute penalty and the Wings were able to slide one more past the goaltender but came up one goal short in a failed attempt at the comeback. Donavan Lumb scored the late goal which was assisted by Braden Mellon.

The Wings will try to rebound from the disappointing losses and get back on the winning track when they travel to Notre Dame on November 10 to battle the Argos.
