Mini-Marathon to be held June 4

The third annual Weyburn Elementary Mini-Marathon will host 224 runners next week who will "run it for the fun of it." The marathon will begin on June 4 with registration at 8 a.m. at Assiniboia Park Elementary School. The race begins at 9 a.m.

The third annual Weyburn Elementary Mini-Marathon will host 224 runners next week who will "run it for the fun of it."

The marathon will begin on June 4 with registration at 8 a.m. at Assiniboia Park Elementary School. The race begins at 9 a.m.

Preschool and Kindergarten aged children will run 500 metres at 9 a.m. Grades 1 and 2will run 1-kilometre at 9:10 a.m. Grades 3 and 4will run 1.5 kilometres at 9:25 a.m. Grade 5 and 6 will run 2 kilometres at 9:40 a.m. Grades 7 and 9 will run 3 kilometres at 9:55 a.m.
