Senior men's cash spiel held at CCC

The Carlyle Curling Club held the Senior Mens Cash Spiel, we had 6 teams enter. Doug Thompson won $575 for beating Ray Lothian in the championship final, Lothian won $275 for his second place effort.

The Carlyle Curling Club held the Senior Mens Cash Spiel, we had 6 teams enter. Doug Thompson won $575 for beating Ray Lothian in the championship final, Lothian won $275 for his second place effort.

Thompson beat his brother Rick Thompson to get to the final, and Lothian beat Trent Brister to advance. Rick Thompson and Trent Brister both took him $125. The consolation was a skins game with Jim Brown beating Kent Holland in a tight battle.

The club would like to thank everyone for coming out and remind you that the Senior Mens Southern playdowns are in Carlyle Feb. 9-12.
