Weyburn Police to host fundraising tourney

The Weyburn Police Association will be hosting a golf tournament at the Weyburn Golf Club on Friday, August 18. The tournament is open to the public and the proceeds will be donated to the Weyburn Humane Society.

The Weyburn Police Association will be hosting a golf tournament at the Weyburn Golf Club on Friday, August 18.  The tournament is open to the public and the proceeds will be donated to the Weyburn Humane Society.
The golf tournament will be a Texas scramble style and the cost is $100 per golfer. The cost includes 18 holes of golf, a cart and supper.
There will also be a ton of prizes handed out during the event. Golfers will also have an opportunity to meet some of the members of the Weyburn Police.
Any businesses or organizations that would like to donate to the event, or register golfers to participate, can contact Cst. Riley Ross, Cst. Alyssa Kaczmar or Sgt. Brent VanDeSype at the Weyburn Police Station.
