28 arrested at Trans Mountain terminal for violating injunction

With provincial road bans typically announced on or about March 15, 55 drilling rigs in Saskatchewan were working down to the wire, as of Monday, March 12. That number is roughly on par with the same week in 2017.

The number of active drilling rigs has remained quite consistent throughout the winter drilling season. That season draws to a close when road bans are put into place, usually around March 15.
